Fashion Soft base has the ability to penetrate and become an integral part of the fabric itself. Fashion Soft Base can be colored with PCs or Equalizers to create multiple color variations. Fashion Soft Base has been formulated to assist printers and designers as they create fashion graphic concepts and finishes with a soft hand.
