Shipping Policy
All Orders Ship Via UPS Ground. Tracking numbers are provided by e-mail.
All orders leave our warehouse in 1-2 full business days after order has been placed.
(Note: Orders Will NOT Ship Same Day Without RUSH Processing.)
All packages (except certain drop-ship items and equipment) ship from our Massachusetts warehouse. Please be aware that UPS Ground transit times to the mid-west and west coast may exceed 4-5 business days (excludes weekends). Packages cannot be expedited and we only ship via UPS Ground at this time.

*Orders are shipped on business days only. Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States. Any other non-standard holidays will be
posted on the front page of the e-store and you will be notified via e-mail.
*You will not be charged for any item until it is shipped to you, however an authorization charge is placed at the time of order to verify your method of payment. This is done to verify that the credit card is active and has proper funds available. Due to this authorization we cannot add to orders once they have been placed, however we can credit should items be out of stock or the order qualifies for discounted shipping.
*We do not ship on customer supplied UPS account numbers. We apologize for any inconvenience.
Free-Shipping Program
Merchandise orders totaling $150.00 (excludes tax & shipping) or more receive free shipping via UPS Ground. Please see below for rules and restrictions.
Rules & Restrictions: Additional shipping charges will be added on shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and U.S. Territories.
Free-shipping excludes the following items: 5-Gallon pails, all screen frames, and all screen printing equipment. Shipping charges are deducted from qualifying purchases at the time of processing. Initial order will show shipping charges but these will be deducted when the order is processed prior to shipping.
In-Stock Items
All orders are processed in the order they are received. All in-stock items will be shipped when the order is picked, your payment is approved, and the
receiving address is verified. You will not be charged for any item
until it is shipped to you. Please note, a temporary authorization charge will be placed on the card.
NOTE: All back orders will be canceled. We will notify you by e-mail should there be an item that is out of stock. We will try to offer substitutes if one is available.
For example, if you place an order on Monday that leaves our
warehouses in 1-2 full business days, it will leave the warehouse no later than Wednesday. After your order leaves our warehouses, delivery
times vary based on geographical location and UPS shipping methods. Please note that business
days are Monday-Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United
States. All other non-standard holidays will be posted in the store hours section or on the home page of the e-store.
Rush Processing
Rush processing is available for all orders placed BEFORE 12PM Noon EST. Rush processing means that we will process, pack and deliver your package to UPS for shipping the same day it was placed, pending all items are in-stock. Should an item be out of stock we will contact you via e-mail to cancel the item or substitute if available. If the order does not ship out same day due to no communication from purchaser, the Rush Processing fee will be removed from the order. If Rush processing is added to an order placed after 12PM Noon EST, it is guaranteed to ship the following business day, pending all items are in-stock.
Should any items be out of stock on your order, we will contact you with a substitute if available. We do not hold backorders, so any out of stock item must either be cancelled from the order or substituted if a substitute exists. Substitutions may incur an additional charge for more expensive items.
Note: Some items ship directly from the manufacturer. Please allow additional time for these items to arrive as they may not follow the same shipping guidelines that we do. For any of these items it will be noted in the item description and you will receive an e-mail after the order is placed with an approximate time line to arrival. Please note our shipping times. We cannot expedite orders once they have been placed.
You will receive e-mail confirmation when payment is received as well as a second e-mail with UPS tracking information when your package ships.
Please Note: UPS will NOT ship to a P.O. Box. Please do not enter a P.O. Box as your shipping address as it will place your order on hold until a physical address is received.
To ensure your products arrive safely and securely, we ALWAYS inspect and secure all items inside our boxes. In the unlikely event that products are damaged in transit, you MUST sign with UPS that the product was damaged. Always check packages upon arrival to ensure that your packages are not damaged. If there are damages that were not signed/reported with UPS, we cannot offer replacement or refund on these items.
All RMA's (Return Merchandise Authorization) are sent via UPS. Please see our Return Policy for more information.
