Return Policy

All Returnable items (see qualifications below) are subject to a
25% restocking fee.


Due to the nature of some products, no returns are accepted on those items (please see list below).
Issuance of an RMA is at the discretion of CSS E-Store.


Qualifications for return:

     1.) Product must be in a saleable condition. (i.e. sealed manufacturer's products cannot be opened, no missing parts or accessories, full amount on case/pkg items, etc.). Requests for returns after 15 days are issued on a case by case basis and may be denied. Some items are temperature sensitive and may not be eligible for return even if unopened and within the 15 day return policy. See below for more details.

     2.) 
You MUST obtain an RMA #. Please e-mail support@commercialscreen.com or use the contact us page with your order # in the Subject field. Please note that it may take 24-48 hours to process a return and give you an RMA #. Customer is required to ship items back to us, we do not issue return tags. Please Note that the original shipping charges are not applicable for refund on returned items. DO NOT ship items back to us without obtaining an RMA#. Unauthorized returns will be sent back to the customer at the customer's expense.

Products not eligible for return:

  •     Light Tables / Projectors
  •     Aerosol Spray Cans (Mist-Flash, Web Spray, Toner Aide, Spot Lifter, etc.)
  •     Opened or Used Products (Plastisol Inks, Vellum & Ink-Jet Film, Screen Chemicals)
  •     Custom products (Custom Cut Squeegees & Squeegee Blade, PANTONE Ink Mixes)
  •     Screen Mesh Fabric
  •     Screen Printing Equipment (Flash Unit, Exposure Table, Textile Presses, etc.)
  •     Special Order Items (Bulk Cases of Merchandise, Custom Rolls/Sheets of Film, etc.)

Sending Back Items: For approved returns, the customer is responsible for sending back items to CSS E-Store. In the event of a mis-shipped item by CSS E-Store, a Return Label will be issued. Unfortunately we cannot issue Return Labels for items to be returned that were not shipped incorrectly. Once we receive the item and determine that it has not been opened or used, a refund will be issued to you less the 25% Re-Stocking Fee. Depending on your bank it may take 24-48 hours for the credit to appear. Any item sent to us that has been opened or tampered with will be returned to the customer at the customer's expense. We cannot accept returns on items that have been opened or used.

Defective Items: Any item that is defective must be sent to the manufacturer for repair/replacement. If an item is determined to be defective, a replacement item will be issued to the customer.

Damaged Products: All packages must be signed for as damaged when received. Failure to sign for an item as damaged may affect the ability to file a claim, and our ability to replace items. Please check all shipments immediately upon receipt. Please see our Shipping Policy for more information.


Products purchased online 
cannot be returned in Commercial Screen's warehouse. For any other questions related to our return policy please contact us.
