Albatross Plast Wipe Ink Wash. One Quart (32oz.)

 

• A water-soluble press side wash designed to work quickly and efficiently on plastisol inks.

• It evaporates fast without leaving any solvent residue on the screen.

• Plast Wash has a higher flash point than lacquer thinner, alcohol, ketones, etc.

 

This ink wash quickly degrades ink from your screens to make removal of plastisol inks a breeze. It's non-residue formula will make future print runs on screens easy as it will leave a clean surface for the application of new blockout tape or liquid blockout. Works well to remove new pthalate-free plastisol ink formulations quickly. Has a mild citrus-scent. Because of its high evapotation rate, it can be used for on-press color changes.

 

To remove the ink from the screen completely, scrape off all excess ink and then apply plast wipe to squeegee side of screen and wipe till clean.

 

To remove ink smudges on the print side while on press, simply apply plast wipe to a clean rag and wipe away any ink on the print side of the screen till clean.
