Panel Frame

The panel frame is the evolution of screen frames for the textile and industrial screen print industry. The panel frame is a complete, Earth Friendly system. Mesh installment and replacement requires no glue or chemicals. Many printers will never again "reclaim" used screens due to the low cost and simple replacement of mesh. The "Carbon Footprint" left from the stockpiles of wood and metal frames will be greatly reduced and ultimately eliminated. The mesh panels can be easily installed, exposed, and removed after printing and used again at a later time when re-installed, reducing frame space and inventory.

The assembly of the panel frame requires very little space and no prior skill. The frame itself is a patented and specially designed, light weight, yet extremely durable frame. Each frame is leak tested and powder coated for years of performance.


The stretching tool is a patent-pending and specially constructed tool for the installation and removal of the mesh. Complete assembly of the frame can be easily accomplished in less than ONE minute. Once assembled, even though soft corners are incorporated, through special design the inside of the assembled frame retains constant mesh to frame contact at all corners, similar to stretch and glue frames.
