Q: Is the pricing online the same in your Avon, MA location?
A: CSS E-Store prices are good for online purchases only. In-store items and prices at Commercial Screen Supply's Avon, MA warehouse location may vary. Some online offers are subject to prior sale and may not be available.
Q: Are "On Sale Now!" Items also On Sale at Commercial Screen in Avon, MA?
A: No. "On Sale Now!" Items are CSS E-Store specials and are only available online. The regular CSS E-Store pricing for items is the price offered online only and may be different from pricing at Commercial Screen in Avon, MA.
Q: I ordered the wrong item. Can I exchange it?
A: Unfortunately we do not allow for an item exchange. As long as the incorrect items are unopened and in their sealed packages, you may return them (customer pays shipping) and we will issue a credit (re-stocking charge of 25%) toward your order with the correct items. Please e-mail returns@commercialscreen.com if you need assistance.
Q: Where can I find the appropriate MSDS Sheets for your products?
A: All MSDS (Material Safety Data Sheets) can be found on the websites of the respective manufacturers of the products you are looking for. Should you require MSDS forms to ship with your order, please add the "Add MSDS Sheets to My Order" item, and we will pack the appropriate forms for the items you've purchased at no additional charge.
Q: Do you ship to P.O. Boxes?
A: UPS will only ship to a residential or business address. Please be aware that orders with a P.O. Box address for shipping will be put on hold until a standard address is received.
Q: Why can't I find art supplies on your website?
A: Commercial Screen Supply is home of The Art Experience. CSS E-Store operates separately from both Commercial Screen Supply and The Art Experience. This website is solely for Screen Printing Supplies and Equipment.
Q: I forgot my password, how do I get it back or change it?
A: If you forget your password you can click the "Forgot Password?" Link below the log-in area on the homepage, or you can send an e-mail to store@commercialscreen.com. Our system will only e-mail the registered e-mail address for your online account.
Q: Are all items in-stock?
A: Unfortunately not all items are always in stock. We try to keep our inventory as accurate as possible to avoid selling items that are not in stock. You will be notified by e-mail if there is a out of stock item and we will notify you if there is a substitute item available or what the estimated time of arrival is on the product you ordered.
Q: Do you accept school bids and purchase orders?
A: CSS E-Store does not, however you can contact Commercial Screen Supply in Avon, MA and speak to a sales associate who can assist you with school bids and purchase orders.
Q: I added samples to my cart but it won't let me order them.
A: Samples can only be received when you place an order. The minimum order amount is $25.00 (not including the cost of shipping.)
Q: Why does it say "Minimum Order Amount Not Reached" in my Shopping Cart?
A: There is a $25.00 minimum order amount limit. This does not include the cost of shipping.
Q: Do you sell used equipment?
A: Used equipment comes and goes very quickly when customers upgrade to new equipment. Many customers e-mail equipment@commercialscreen.com from time to time to either see if there is a want for their used equipment, or to see if anything is available. We no longer host used equipment on our website.
Q: I can't find Print Gocco printers/machines on your website. Do you sell them?
A : As of 2005, Print Gocco Machines were no longer available. As of December 31st, 2008 Print Gocco supplies will no longer be available. This was a manufacturer's decision and we have no control over this.
Q: Can I place orders online?
A: Yes! Using our E-Store, online ordering is quick and easy. Choose from our large selection of silk-screening supplies as well as graphic printing supplies.
Q: When I search on your site, I can't find the products I'm looking for. Is the search function not working?
A: The search is based on the actual words you search. Searching "plastisol ink" will find you minimal results, because each item is named as is (ex. "Wilflex Genesis Black Gallon") The term "reflective ink" will only give you a result if a product is named "reflective ink." If you search based on the color name, rather than "plastisol ink" you will be more likely to find results.
Q: What methods of payment do you allow on your website? Can I pay via Check or C.O.D.?
A: At this time we allow payment safely and securely through secure checkout using SSL technology via PayPal or Credit Card. Checks and C.O.D. are not accepted.
Q: Can I pick up orders placed online at Commercial Screen in Avon, MA?
A: Online orders cannot be picked up at Commercial Screen in Avon. E-Store prices are good for online purchases only. In-store items and prices at Commercial Screen Supply's Avon, MA warehouse location may vary. Some online offers are subject to prior sale and may not be available.
Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: No, currently we are unable to ship outside the continental
U.S.
Q: I have tax exemption in
Massachusetts, how do I take the tax out of my orders?
A: All you need to do is register for an account with our online website. Then, submit an e-mail to support@commercialscreen.com (Subject “Tax Exemption”) and provide your name, e-mail address and a scan or photocopy of your tax exemption documents. We will then apply that to your online account and the tax will be removed from your orders when logged in under your user name. Unfortunately we cannot give a credit to previous orders placed that were charged tax.
Q: What do I do if I want to return an item?
A: To be eligible for return you must follow the steps outlined in the Return Policy section of our website. Please do not send back items without following these guidelines as it can delay your return and/or be returned to you at your expense.
