Q: Is CSS E-Store pricing the same as Commercial Screen Supply in Avon, MA?

A: CSS E-Store prices are valid for online purchases only. Our online store operates separately from Commercial Screen Supply and prices may vary.  Some prices are different online due to specials and promotions that can only be attained by ordering online.



Q: Do you offer financing on equipment or other purchases?

A: We do not offer financing, however you can purchase products via PayPal's Bill Me Later service or you can source your own financing company for equipment purchases. We recommend sourcing at least three financing companies to ensure you receive competitive rates.

: I ordered the wrong item. Can I exchange it?

A: If an item is shipped incorrectly, we will exchange it for the correct item. If you purchased the wrong item, it will follow our standard return policy, which may include a re-stocking fee. Some items are not eligible for return/exchange, please see our Return Policy for more detalis.


 
Q: Where can I find the appropriate MSDS Sheets for your products?

A: All MSDS (Material Safety Data Sheets) can always be found on the websites of their respective manufacturers. Should you require MSDS forms to ship with your order, please add the "Add MSDS Sheets to My Order" item, and we will pack the appropriate forms for the items you've purchased at no additional charge.


 
Q: Do you ship to P.O. Boxes?

A: UPS will only ship to a standard residential or business address. Please be aware that orders with a P.O. Box address for shipping will be put on hold until a standard address is received.


 
Q: I forgot my password, how do I get it back or change it?
A: If you forget your password you can click the "Forgot Password?" link below the log-in area on the homepage. It will e-mail only to the e-mail address that was associated with that account.

 
Q: Are all items in-stock?

A: We do our best to ensure that items listed as in-stock are in-stock. As there are always glitches here and there, we do sometimes sell out of inventory. Please be aware that you will receive an e-mail should there be an out of stock item on your order.



Q:
Why does it say "Minimum Order Amount Not Reached" in my Shopping Cart?

A: There is a $25.00 minimum order amount limit on all orders. This does not include the cost of shipping. 


 
Q: What methods of payment do you allow on your website? Can I pay via Check or C.O.D.?

A: Payment can be made via Credit Card (Visa, Mastercard, and American Express) a PayPal account or PayPal's Bill Me Later. We do not allow C.O.D. as a payment method.

: Can I pick up orders placed online at Commercial Screen Supply in Avon, MA?

A: Orders placed through CSS E-Store cannot be picked up. They ship via UPS Ground directly to you.


 
Q: Do you ship internationally?

A: No, currently we are unable to ship outside the continental U.S., Alaska and Hawaii.


 
Q: I have tax exemption in Massachusetts, how do I take the tax out of my orders?

A: All you need to do is register for an account with our online website. Then, submit an e-mail to support@commercialscreen.com (Subject “Tax Exemption”) and provide your name, e-mail address and a scan or photocopy of your tax exemption documents. You MUST be logged into your online account to receive tax exemption once applied to your account.


Q: What do I do if I want to return an item?

A: To be eligible for return you must follow the steps outlined in the Return Policy section of our website. Please do not send back items without following these guidelines as it can delay your return and/or be returned to you at your expense. Some items are not eligible for return.


Q: Can you order products not listed on your website or do special orders?

A: Yes, often times we are able to special order products not normally stocked from the manufacturers we carry. If there is a particular product in question, please contact us and we can try and assist your needs.
