Our extremely popular #45 stencil remover is now a concentrated emulsion remover! Designed to remove screen printing emulsions and capillary films from screen printing frames. The strength of this emulsion remover allows for quick removal of water-resistant emulsions and capillary films.

 

Easy to mix. Simply add to a 1 gallon empty container, add water, shake to mix and let it settle (about 3-5 min.) and its ready to use! Once mixed it works just like every other ready for use emulsion remover. Simply apply to both sides of the screen, work into the emulsion and then remove the emulsion with water. Repeat as neccessary for stubborn emulsion spots.
